Leigh Mellis, CEO and founder of Jetlogic. Leigh’s entrepreneurial path is a masterclass in resilience and market vision. Back in 2009—in the midst of a global economic recession—she drew upon her extensive background in the aviation and yachting industries to spot a critical gap in the market. Where others saw risk, she saw opportunity, launching a private jet charter company designed to deliver a more agile, cost-effective service.
Over the last decade and a half, Leigh has built Jetlogic into a premier Scottish business with an international reach, while staying firmly committed to fostering a supportive, transparent, and empowering company culture. Her vision and impact were formally celebrated, when she was named International Entrepreneur of the Year at the WeDO Scotland Awards.
