Our Christmas guest speaker Rachel Hanretty, founder of Edinburgh-based Mademoiselle Macaron, is an award-winning entrepreneur whose time in Paris set her off on a journey of macaron-making, taking her from a market stall to a million-pound business.
Mademoiselle Macaron was set up in 2013 at the kitchen table and now employs over 20 people. Rachel was inspired to start her business after working on the launch of Women’s Enterprise Scotland. She is also a board member of Edinburgh Women’s Aid
