Credibility killers and tips on deals

Mel Sherwood gave a great interactive session at Norton House hotel on Wednesday 17th May over dinner. A very active and amusing Mel gave us practical examples of what works well when giving a speech, doing a deal or plain networking.

The highlight of the evening was our tongue twister practice to clear your voice before an event! Very amusing. This led into a discussion onto business cards and marketing and looking at some of our members latest card designs, what works and what doesn’t in terms of colour and layout.

Many thanks to Mel and we wish her the best in her new ventures to add to her current offerings at Grow Your Potential and as current head of the Public Speakers Association in Scotland.
