Another Christmas at The Ivy and yet another roaring success. We were joined by the delightful Emma MacDonald founder of The Tartan Blanket Company , now TBCo.
Emma began her career in fashion retail as a buyer before founding The Tartan Blanket Co. 11 years ago. What started as a small idea to create beautiful and sustainable blankets has since evolved into TBCo., a design-led fashion and lifestyle brand rebranded in 2024 to reflect its bold new direction. TBCo. creates products designed to make an impact - on your home, your wardrobe, and most importantly, how you feel. Each piece is uniquely designed and made from natural or recycled fibres, with a focus on leading responsible retail and creating positive change for the planet and the industry. Now stocked in leading retailers such as Selfridges, Anthropologie, and Nordstrom, TBCo. is known for its signature scarves, PJs, and blankets, and has since expanded into new categories to become a full lifestyle brand.
At its heart, TBCo. empowers women to express themselves confidently through thoughtful, joyful design.

Our Members and guests were treated to a BAWE surprise with Xmas Chocolates from The Third Sin Confectionary and also some very stylish BAWE notebooks and pens. we raised over £200 for Local Hospice Strathcarron in our gift raffle.
